Fashion project: Flared skirt part 1

Finally, I am glad to present to you fashion project: flared skirt part 1. It took me a while to draft the pattern as my drafting skills is a bit rusty and there were other distractions. I took the advantage that today is holiday to do fabric cutting and overlocking. Phew. Just in time for today's post.
