Hello! Hope everyone is well. I am kind of struggling to adjust after working hours, commuting time, dinner etc. This is not a complaint but I am learning to make necessary adjustment and not to neglect my blog, that's all. Anyway, I am glad that I can squeeze in one vintage outfit for work this week. I bought the vintage top here but the vintage skirt, I brought it all the way from KL. I have been thinking for the moment, I will try to post at least twice a week instead of daily.

It was sunny and warm yesterday. Nice weather for outdoor photo shoot. At first, I was contemplating whether I should take photos outdoor or indoor but then I mustered all my strength and courage (yes, need a little of courage to pose outdoor, the possibility of being watched by strangers) I headed to a nearby so-called park. I was lucky, not many strangers passing the park. Phew...

The weather was quite OK today thus I took this opportunity to explore a new place;Shau Kei Wan. It turned out to be good adventure. Will share about that later but now, a quick outfit post of mixing contemporary and vintage. This was a casual look but I worn this vintage top before as work attire, click here. I bet I can style this top with another pair of pants or skirt. Hhhhmm...

An outfit post, finally... My work attire for today. It has been a while since the last time I wore any vintage attire to work. The weather is getting warmer, a sign that summer is here. I can't wait to wear dresses especially vintage dress and also summer sale! I have my eyes on certain things and hope I am fast enough to grab these when the sale comes. What do you look forward to in summer?

This is not very vintage-y look or outfit but a mix and match of contemporary and vintage (the white blazer). It has been drizzling, raining and cloudy, which is depressing. I thought a bit of colour would add a bit fun. The mint top is a recent purchase from H&M. The vintage white blazer makes the ensemble more polished; not just t-shirt and jeans.

I am just wondering whether spring has arrived. By looking at the weather forecast for the following few days, the temperature is slightly higher. The highest temperature at the moment is between 22 to 23 degrees. Well, I guess, spring has finally arrived! It is time to wear colourful outfit.

It feels great to be able to wear vintage clothes and be 'myself' again although it is an outfit work, for a day. I am not sure if any of my colleagues notice this but so far no one comments on my clothes or style. Well, I hope and  look forward to wearing more vintage clothes...

Finally, I mustered all the strength and courage to snap outfit photos outdoor. The weather was nice; sunny and not so cold. At first, it was kind of weird, as I have not been taking outdoor photos for a long time. After a while, I have got the hang of it but I still wanted to finish snapping as fast as I can. Happy Friday! Hope everyone had a great week and is looking forward to the weekend. Well, I had an ok week and can't wait till tomorrow comes. Besides chilling out, I need to work on final project. I have decided to go for Victorian inspired as the theme for my design. Next step, I need to sketch some designs. Wish me luck!

Although it is autumn, I have decided to add a bit colour into my outfit today. Red.Without the long sleeves top and tights, this ensemble can be worn in summer. Today, I planned to check a magazine shop that sells fashion or art / design magazines for upcoming final project for footwear design. But when I got there, it was closed. Sigh. So, I ended up walking around and checking out second hand branded stores. Discovered two second hand branded stores in Tsim Sha Tsui area.Will share soon.

Casual Friday at work is my V-day! This is my outfit for work today. I have waited for a long time to wear this dress.  Bought this lovely Marc Jacobs Look dress in a vintage/bundle festival. Click here to check out the label. What a lovely find and I was lucky. Hope I have more luck here.

500th post

500th post! Can you believe it? Well, it is kind of hard to believe. And I have been here for three months! Oh boy, how time flies so quickly. I am juggling between work, studies, 'me time' and of course blogging. I must admit I have not been a good blogger lately. Sorry for this and I hope I can manage my time better!

Anyway, hope you like my outfit for 500th post although it is not very autumn like outfit. It is more a summer like outfit, don't you think? Well, can't blame me as I am from a tropical climate country.

Hello everyone! Sorry that I have gone MIA for while. I have been busy with work and then a break and now back to work. I have got couple of things to share with you but first, an outfit post. I realised that for the past two outfit posts, I wore the exact same pants and pump heels. Few of my staple wear at the moment.

Yet another vintage top for work. Another simple and minimalist look. What I like about this outfit is the colour combination - brown with blue. One funny thing happened during the photo shoot was one of the buttons on the skirt dropped. If you looked at the second photo closely, you can see there is spot of missing button.

At the moment, most of my outfits are pretty simple, clean and minimalist. Vintage is not widely accepted here, if I may say so. Why? Because most Hong Kong people do not like secondhand or used items. They like to follow trends and buy new items. However there is a small group people such as designers, stylists and people who lived abroad appreciate vintage. Thus I have to tone down my vintage dressing a little, for a while I hope.

This is my office outfit for today. Simple and minimalist. It is good to be able to post vintage outfit post although I still need to find a good outdoor location for the shoot. So bear with me for a while for better photos... So in the mean time, I will be taking photos in my tiny place.

Sorry my long absence. I was unwell last weekend and currently I occupied with my move. Another move? Yes, another move. At the moment, I will be secretive about this move. I have been running up and down to get things sorted. Sadly, I would not be able to blog as frequent as before. But I hope I would be able to do as soon as I have settled down.

At the moment, I can not stop using this cute tote bag. I pair the bag with almost every (suitable) outfits. And for yesterday's outfit, it complemented the colour of the outfit - blue and beige. The bag worth every ringgit I spent on it, although it did not cost a lot.

I am loving this beach scenery canvas tote bag which I picked up from SA thrift store. I have been this adorable tote bag few days in a row. I love to put all of my stuff inside this bag; purse, mobile phone, keys, facial tissue papers pack, coin purse etc. Hhmm... maybe I will hold on to this bag for a while whilst looking for another (leather) tote bag.
